MR. DAVID CHAU is the Managing Partner of the firm. He is the Partner in charge of the Corporate & Technology & Dispute Resolution & Employment practice group.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Law (Hons.) in Multimedia University of Malaysia under a coveted Scholarship from the Public Service Department of Malaysia
- Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya

He has been in practice since 2013, and he is the founder and Managing Partner of this Firm.
David Chau possesses extensive experience in corporate and commercial transactions, corporate finance (including IPOs), capital markets (notably sukuk issuances), and joint ventures. In addition to general corporate advisory work, his legal expertise encompasses conducting due diligence exercises for project financing, rights issues, acquisitions, and investigative purposes. He regularly advises on compliance matters and liaises with regulatory authorities to obtain necessary approvals. His scope of work also includes advising on company secretarial matters, reviewing legal documents related to PDS issuances and interest schemes, as well as handling employment and work permit issues. David is well-versed in establishing representative and family offices and is proficient in drafting a wide range of commercial agreements.
